How to receive assistance from the Cancer Care Cup

The Cancer Care Cup is currently working with several facilities to provide assistance to patients who are receiving treatments from these facilities, and their family members.

• Heart & Soul Clinic
• Ascension St Vincent
• Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
• Riverview Health
• IU Health Simon Cancer Center

If you are being treated at one of these facilities and need assistance simply contact the social worker or nurse navigator and they will help you in working through Cancer Care Cup to get the assistance you need.
